By accessing, downloading, or using the DREAMS™ Framework and related materials (“Content”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Content.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, workbooks, videos, and training materials related to the DREAMS™ Framework, is copyrighted and owned by © 2026 Impact For Success, LLC

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the Content without express written permission.

3. Licensing & Payment

• Access to the DREAMS™ Framework requires payment and a valid license.
• Purchasing access grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Content for personal or organizational training only.
• You may not:
  
  • Resell, copy, distribute, or modify the Content.
  • Use the Content to train others for commercial purposes without a licensing agreement.
  • Remove or modify copyright or trademark notices.

4. Unauthorized Use & Enforcement

Inspire Generosity, LLC actively enforces copyright and trademark protections.

• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
• If you wish to use DREAMS™ for commercial training or certification, you must obtain written permission and pay licensing fees.

5. Refunds & Cancelation Policy

Digital Products and Courses
‍Due to immediate access to proprietary digital content, all sales of digital products and courses are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
‍Retreats and Coaching

Deposits are non-refundable and secure your place.

If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the start date, payments may be applied as a credit toward a future Inspire Generosity offering, at our discretion.

Cancellations within 30 days of the start date are not eligible for refunds or credits.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Content constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
